Trina A. Nudson, J.D., LBSW
Senior Attorney

 

Trina A. Nudson received both her J.D. and Bachelors Degree from the University of Kansas. She earned her BSW in 1998, and later that year received her BGS in Human Development and Family Life with an emphasis on Delinquency and Juvenile Justice. Trina continues to maintain her license as a social worker.

 

While attending law school, Trina worked in the Child in Need of Care Division of the District Attorney’s office in Topeka, and prior to that she held a position as foster care social worker with Kansas Children’s Service League. She also served as a juvenile corrections officer, juvenile intake counselor and case manager, and truancy diversion officer.

 

Trina is a licensed attorney and is currently a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Johnson County Bar Association, Johnson County Family Law Inn of Court, Juvenile Bench Bar, National Association for Council for Children, and Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Trina is a trained mediator and case manager. Trina is also trained in collaborative law. The whole of Trina’s professional career has been dedicated to helping children.

 

Trina resides in Johnson County, KS with her husband and their four children.

Ann Marie Harris, J.D.

Ann Marie Harris received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of Kansas in 2007. After graduation she worked for an advertising agency in Kansas City, MO.

 

Ann Marie received her law degree from the University of Kansas in 2013. While in law school, she worked for Kansas Legal Services in Topeka, KS where she worked with indigent individuals and families on domestic cases, protection from abuse and protection from stalking cases, guardianships, child in need of care cases, bankruptcies, and will preparation. Ann Marie began work with My Child Advocate the same year she graduated from law school.

 

Ann Marie is licensed in the state of Kansas and focuses her practice in the areas of family law, CINC, and Guardian ad Litem representation. Ann Marie is a member of the Johnson County Family Law Inn of Court and the Johnson County Bar Association.
